Maliqi group Leadership Academy

One of the strategic priorities of the Maliqi group, is the development of employees.

In order to use internal potential and expertise we established Maliqi group Leadership Academy through which we will enable our colleagues to develop and strengthen their capacities for business communication and negotiations, for managing changes, for how to build effective teams, and finally something for financiers, finance for non-financiers.Through the intensive workshops at this Leadership Academy, the best modules in practice will be shared in ways of negotiation and communication, with the aim of improving personal skills to become good leaders.

The idea of the Academy is through the exchange of ideas and experiences of colleagues to acquire knowledge and skills that will be able to be used by employees from all 12 companies in Maliqi group.

We have no doubts, that we are doing the best for us, for the company and for our employees. Upon completion of the Leadership Academy, our fellow participants will be enriched with improved knowledge and skills.
