Dear colleagues,

We hosted an exceptionally successful team-building event this weekend (October 7-8, 2023) in the village of Kuchkovo, Macedonia, and Gjakova, Kosovo. This team-building opportunity not only provided fun and relaxation but also fostered strong collaboration among colleagues, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on Maliqi Group’s future productivity and success.

These events reflect our unwavering dedication to unity and support within our group. It was truly inspiring to witness such enthusiasm and engagement from our team.

In Macedonia, colleagues visited the village of Kuchkovo, where they explored beautiful natural attractions, including waterfalls and other scenic spots. After the hike, we organized a picnic with music, food, and sports activities, featuring dishes prepared by our colleagues from the Four restaurant. This opportunity for relaxation and informal socializing further strengthens the bonds within the team.

In Kosovo, specifically in Gjakova, we continued with fantastic activities that promoted collegiality and team competition, bringing our team members closer together. Recreational sports and games encouraged us to work as a cohesive team, focusing on laughter and enjoyment.

We were delighted to see a record number of colleagues attending the picnic in Gjakova, Kosovo. Excellent job, team!
These experiences are simply not to be missed again.
