Thanks to the experience of Italian architects, specializing in the design of green spaces, a variety of trees and flowers will be planted, all carefully selected in order to make natural air filtration in the spaces of Marigona Hill.

For your well-being, the path that will take you from Marigona Hill to Lake Badovc and Gërmia Park will be built.

As in the previous project, for a high standard of living, we will always be present with maintenance services such as: road cleaning, garbage removal, network maintenance and added security.

In addition, there will be a “Walking District” promenade near the shops, which makes it completely easy and fast to meet basic needs such as shopping in the market, dry cleaning, hairdresser, pharmacy, etc.

Inside “Marigona Hill” there is a plot for the neighborhood nursery, which will be given under the management of the Municipality of Prishtina.
